Default good viewing area's near to Leeds ?

Hi

I have just been bought a telescope but have found that viewing from my
garden is nigh on impossible with the light pollution, a nearby power
station (making lots of vapour), neighbours conservatory's etc etc

Can anyone suggest good viewing area's near Pontefract / Leeds that I could
drive to please ?

Thanks
