TC-245 ccd

Hi, I've managed to kill the TC-245 ccd chip in my Cookbook camera (my
static precautions were not good enough). Has anyone got a working TC-245
chip - any veriant so long as it works, I might be persuaded to buy an
incomplete cookbook camera project if the chip is good.
