Default Collimination Assistance

Is there anyone in the Howard County, MD area that has experience
colliminating a Dob? Would you be interested in helping a newbie out? I did
the collimination by hand with nothing more then a screw driver this past
summer, but I don't think it is as good as it can be.

I'd also like to learn how to clean my primary. It's a bit dusty, and I am
fairly sure I have a dead gant on it. I am willing to pay a reasonable fee.

BV.
