Default Planetarium for Palm question

Why does Planetarium on my Palm and my Visor have a one hour error in
rise and set times for all planets, sun, and moon? When I compare the
rise and set times in local newspaper and on the USNO site with the
rise and set times on both my Palm Tungsten and my old Handspring
Visor, both running Planetarium, the PDAs are one hour late. No, I do
not have the PDA time set to DST and I have checked and double-checked
the date, including the year, and location.

HOWEVER -- when I run World Clock on the PDAs, it shows correct
sunrise and sunset times.

Thanks.

No, I do
not have the PDA time set to DST

Hi:

I believe you. But the daylight savings time flag has to be set on or off in
Planetarium _too_. Do this under "Set Location" in the "Options" menu of
_Planetarium_.

Peace,

Aren't there TWO flags to set in the program (on the same page) one to
tell the program that the system time is Daylight Savings or not, and one
for the observing location (most often the same, but not always)
