Default Program for SAO

Is there a program off line, I can use, to brows SAO star names? Palm or
PC!
I found text file for spread sheet, but not .exe program.

Did you really mean NAMES as opposed to reference numbers? If so, you could
probably memorize all those appearing on that spread sheet since not all that
many stars have been named (various commercial star registries notwithstanding).

I mean refrence numbers. My SS2K need SOA refrence # to find most stars in
it's data base, like the NextStar. There are some by name.
