Hi,
In order to complete an article, can someone provide me an URL or give me technical data about the telecommunication system used at JPL with Mars Rovers Spirit and Opportunity ? I am searching data about frequencies used at DSN, low gain antenna radiation pattern, power, sensitivity, high gain antenna beam width, radiation pattern, bandwith, emitting power, strength of receive signal, sensitivity, gain, sizing There are some info at marsrovers.jpl... but very few. Thanks in advance Thierry ON4SKY http://www.astrosurf.com/lombry |

It doesn't talk about the direct link that the current rovers use sometimes but does cover UHF to the satellite relays.
