In 1998 the uber topidy top secret drone programs goes online in a secret Nevada base ( not 51 u fools, more secret) and the old style still used in combat is to have a US Marine with a lazer pointer toward the target to guide the drone missiles into targets. Today, they figured they can get rid of the human element by spraying aluminum flakes, micros, which acts as a navigational guide to drone flying.


Since I witnessed in LA, the spraying start by 1999, around December, it makes perfect sense that 'reflecting the Sun' makes diddly squat sense, as invisible gamma rays are what heats up Earth and its skies but that drones need a guidance system and this explains radar-allunamine as a grid for those super killers, the ones that fly so high no one can see them from the ground.
