Lending is a fine art;
so it should be in the hands of
the best and the brightest, the top 1%.

Trusting bankers and their always devout minions that get to do as they please regardless of whomever we elect or appoint, as such hasn't been the golden rule, unless you happen to be Jewish or Catholic or most any mainstream religion you'd care to mention.
