Default Art Bell inspired movie. Nonsense, but looks good

You probably all know crank Art Bell. He writes and has a radio
program that
promotes the belief in alien visitations, parasychology, etc.
He penned a book with horror writer Whitley Streiber called "The
Coming Global
Superstorm." While this nonsensical book no doubt struck gold with
the credulous "earth warming" crowd, it is junk science at it's worst
and it promoted itself as true.
I saw the movie, "Master and Commander" (pretty good film) and I also
saw the
trailer for "The Day After Tomorrow" which is based on the the Bell
book.
Although it is rubbish, science fantasy, the FX in this trailer looked
amazing.
Tornadoes destroying a city, a huge sea surge covering New York, etc.
So the movie will know doubt be silly, but worth looking at just for
the
spectacle.
