Default willman bell order question

Hello,

I ordered the Night Sky Observer's Guide that Rod recommended here, along
with AIP, a few days ago. Got a pro-forma, but no confirmation,
acknowledgement or shipping notice. Is that normal or should I get back to
them?

(Amazon at last suceeded in making dealing with others an uncertain
experiment ;-))

Thanks in advance.

Hi:

No...this is normal for them. I've always had good service from WB.

It is normal. I have ordered from them with no problem at all. Good company
to deal with. The first time I ordered I wondered about my order, and called
them to make sure it went through. The person I spoke to said their web site
does not have the capability to respond with confirmation.

And, they have faster delivery (to Massachusetts anyway) than anybody I've
ever ordered from. Takes less than 4 days to get a book, IIRC

They have a web address - contact them or call them!! This NSOG is too good to
have to wait for.

I've ordered several books on different occasions from WB and they all
took exactly 10 days to reach me (UK). As I live in the middle of
nowhere, half-way up a mountain, I consider this an excellent rock-solid
service.
Have faith and patience, I'd be very surprised if they let you down.

I've ordered from them once, and recently.

They're most reputable; you've nothing to fear.
