Seeing the seven sisters, the moon, the beehive cluster, Jupiter and
Mercury come over the horizon has been great. Venus arrives a bit late,
yet I still hunt her down while docking into port. Stripers and door-mat
fluke are abundant. Winds at 40+ mph. Choppy seas.

Cathy,

The stripers and doormats...off a boat or on the beach?

Venus? It's a tough evening object right now.

And all the rest you mention are morning objects, with Mercury an
EXTREME one at that. Saturn maybe?

Care to clarify ?
