From time to time I've read here and elsewhere that TeleVue's service
is excellent. I recently found that to be true. I have a visual Paracorr, and due to my own screwup (overtightening the set screws), I'd stripped the set screws out. I called TeleVue and explained what I'd done. They told me to send it to them along with $10 for return shipping and they'd fix the problem. They did just that, promptly and politely. I'm impressed! I didn't know I was getting this kind of post-sales support when I bought the Paracorr, but it definitely is nice to know, and a real advantage to TeleVue products. I have no connection to TeleVue, etc. etc., just a happy customer. Aaron Bransky |
