Default ISS daily report missing

It's been on the fritz since July 12th; anyone know what the "technical
issues" that's preventing it from being posted are?:

I checked with Keith Cowing; the guy who posts the daily reports is on
vacation in Austria and his laptop has died.
This of course would happen while the Shuttle is up at the station and
there would actually be something more interesting to report than the
daily checks on the air system filters and the funny noises the ****
reclaiming toilet is making this week. ;-)
I was hoping for a cover-up of the Mir Monster Space Worms returning:
