In the images for Spirit Sol 079 Pancam the very first 2 pairs are of
a dark sky with a point of light. In 3 of the images there is a second one. The image below has only the brightest one: http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/galle...2P2737L1M1.JPG Does anyone know what this might be, the Earth perhaps? Thanks F |

I guess that now there are a thousand and one points of light. Has anybody yet suggested that it might be the evil alien spacecraft that destroyed our previous Mars missions, coming to kill Spirit and Opportinity before they can reveal the aliens' plan of global domination? Quick, tell NASA to hide each rover under the nearest rock! ;-) |
