I see nothing at NASA TV about Galileo..

There is a link on space.com that says live coverage will begin at 2 pm
eastern time.

I just got a dialog box from there saying that the server has reached its
capacity and cannot connect me.

I was able to get in to watch the "real time" coverage of the impact into
Jupiters atmosphere. They are doing the coverage of the actual loss of data
transmission now, about 20 minutes away, but I can't get any sound out of
it. Just video.
