Updated links for Other YaHoo astro-related groups and a new FAQ

I have just added about a dozen new links to the Other YaHoo astro-
related groups - http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/s..._001188072949/
and made some changes to reflect revised sites.

Please feel free to review and suggest additions for your favorite
sites.

Also, I'm experimenting with a new set of links to contain FAQs,
basically an index, to other Yahoo groups or other sites/resources
altogether -

In my opinion, a point of knowledge should be indexed by the symptom,
need or pportunity and point to an answer, regardless of how
frequently the question arises. Ideally, this would be a sortable
database which would contain the links as associated data, and we may
just explore that option as well.
