Default "Apollo Wives" on BBC America

BBC America shall premiere "Apollo Wives" at 7PM central time tonight
(Nov. 24), it shall be rerun at 10PM and Midnight.
Ten wives of Apollo astronauts shall talk about the dirty little sluts
who tried to seduce their horny astronaut husbands and the degree of
success they had in that filthy and unpatriotic endeavor.
I am hesitant to watch this program for fear that some scandalous story
shall emerge concerning Buzz Aldrin - America's Space Hero - and the
last vestige of my childhood innocence shall be shredded and thrown into
the waste can of history.

I'm happy to say that the program was tastefully done with nary a bad
word said about our little Buzz, and even the subject of the space sluts
being understated - unlike the smarmy ads promised - and of course why I
tuned in.
Things were going well till the last fifteen minutes of the program,
when a divorced astronaut wife pulled out a ukulele and began singing
her Man-Hating Song while other divorced wives of Our Space Heroes
cackled like hyenas in agreement.
At that point I had to take my model Saturn V and hold it between myself
and the television like some sort of pagan protective fetish to escape
the damnable ball-busting emanating from it like a fetid and malignant wind.
Later, I burned bull-shaped candles in all four corners of the room to
drive away any vestige of the taboo effects of such an infamy.
