The 38 year old guy who got shot on Twitty's block
probably got caught up in whatever the 17 year old boy
and the 21 year old girl were up to ( living/dying fast, no doubt ).

Twitty's been “ camped out � on Manhattan's lower East side
― near Bellevue Hospital, the 9/11 hospital ―
for over 22 years now, I doubt she'd leave.

Likely, she gets Social Security checks and a locker for her stuff,
