ANN: PP3 1.3.2 user manual

Halloechen!

On Nov 10, I announced a bugfix release of PP3, a program that draws
celestial maps using LaTeX + pstricks, see

So far, its only real documentation had been the source code. But
now I've written a comprehensive user manual, see
http://pp3.sourceforge.net/manual/ for the browsable HTML version,
and it contains links to other formats (PDF, HTML+ZIP) at the
beginning.
