Default Some progress but still a long way to go yet !

Pembrokeshire is to decide whether to become the second county in
Wales to switch off non-essential street lights after midnight to save
on energy bills.

The county council's cabinet is being asked to back the move that
would save an estimated £213,000 a year.

Last month Powys began extinguishing 9,380 of its 14,000 lamps but the
decision has proved controversial.
