This shot of Saturn was taken 1 night after opposition
http://setisociety.org/MVI_0288MODTR...SHFIFTYROX.jpg Image details, 480 frames stacked in the free Registax 4, afocal camera held to the 10mm eyepiece using an Orion SteadyPix, 2x Celestron Ultima Barlow, Canon A530 Powershot (a closeout 5 megapixel family point-n-shoot camera with 4x optical zoom that I bought for $50 at Sears), 6" newtonian telescope a Criterion RV-6 made in 1978.
