M64 - Black-Eye Galaxy in Coma Berenices

Messier 64 ( NGC 4826) is best known for the dark structure which is a
prominent dust feature obscuring the stars behind. M64 has two systems
of stars and gas in its disk that rotate in opposite directions and
this is the cause of the vigorous star formation that is taking place.
