It takes 5 minutes, and one sees that only a criminal system can deal
with a man who turns to cyber-terrorism to victimize one online. There is no playing, such things are not fun. These people portray classic qualities of psychopaths. Such people are deranged and possessive and cold blooded, and very uneducated, try relating education and the KKK. Criminals who take acts of a milishia in victimizing, destroying lives using the Internet. Perhaps not a complex subject, yes, a psycho can keep a lookout. A stalker is present when one feels he is always watched by someone, and that someone comes with excessive bullying and stalking and runs prolonged hate campaigns. Such stalkers are jailed and better jailed. |

The local authorities don't help, only if such stalker is in your country. 10 thousand dollars or more, one needs to travel, pay a hotel, pay the lawyer, and go to courts that set court dates in long time periods from when it is filed. A year can pass, and even a hundred thousand dollars spent, and the stalker gets 3 months in jail. |

The Internet remains a place of luck and disadvantages where unfair things happen, and since it gets personal, and dramatically cold, it reminds of 1802 Texas and a Booglebush world in Psychoville. Booglebush does not take ****, and he is crooked, and such mentalities can stay for long times. |
