Default Grub

I have several entries in my grub loader:

Fedora Core (2.6.11-Win4Lin)
Fedora Core (2.6.11-1.1369_FC4)
Win4Lin

The last one was from when I was running Win4Lin on FC2, during the
upgrade it got left behind.

The other two are still in use, but I would like to blow away the Win4Lin
entries and then upgrade my system to FC7. I saw some web pages saying to
edit a file called /boot/grub/menu.lst, but it doesn't look right. It
seems to have only one entry. Is there something else I should look for?

I am intending to move most of my Win32 apps to a vista box and those that
won't run there, I can run under Wine. It is just to hard to keep my box
updated while it is running Win4Lin.

/boot/grub/menu.lst:

# grub.conf generated by anaconda
#
# Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file
# NOTICE: You have a /boot partition. This means that
# all kernel and initrd paths are relative to /boot/, eg.
# root (hd0,0)
# kernel /vmlinuz-version ro root=/dev/hda2
# initrd /initrd-version.img
#boot=/dev/hda
timeout=10
splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
title Fedora Core (2.4.22-1.2115.nptl)
root (hd0,0)
kernel /vmlinuz-2.4.22-1.2115.nptl ro root=LABEL=/ hdc=ide-scsi rhgb
initrd /initrd-2.4.22-1.2115.nptl.img
