Default Spacecraft Films Apollo 17 replacement disc

They are supposed to ship replacements for the defective disc #1 of the Complete Downlink set.
Has anyone received it yet?

Do we have to individually request this replacement, Toe
Tag ? I've had the set for some time now, but have not
received a new disc # 1.

Are there other problems with
these DVDs? Apollo 11 ran great.

I just bought a copy from Best Buy of the new version of Apollo 8 put out by
Fox. All 3 DVDs work fine except for one little nit: while all of the
transmissions are broken up into a various number of chapters, I can't jump
to a particular chapter using my GoTo command.

I wonder if that was a problem with the original version put out by
Spacecraft Films?

....IIRC, one of the SF guys lurks around here on occasion, so I have
this question: are any of these DVDs being produced on double-density
DVD blanks? I'm finding that a lot of DVD players older than 2-3 years
have had problems playing DD disks along these lines - either they
don't play at all, or they play erratically and stop suddenly at the
same place each time. It's apparently a big problem with the latest
Bored of the Rings DVD, which went with DD disks this time around.

I get trouble with STS 109 DVD (it struggles to play at all) and the Apollo
17 3 disc set are all unreliable.

The Gemini set are fine.

I'm disgusted by the service these guys give. They're pushed out
sub-standard products (not on content - on actual function) and are doing
nothing about it

I'm intrigued, do you have any problems with Apogee Books products?
