So, what would you pay for a Topping model of a LM?
And what exactly are the "Passenger Pods" that come with the Topping

You just know Curtis LeMay had one of those on his desk.
They also made it with a ashtray as the base, and that would have a big
cigar smoldering in it. ;-)

Essentially "Getaway Specials." Small sub-payloads that coudl be carried
and dropped off at preselected points in the trajectory.

They remind me of the instrument/photography pods carried at the base of
the Thor during the high altitude nuclear tests.
It's hard yo judge their size without seeing them attached to the Atlas
model.
Do they go near the front or back of the rocket when attached?

Near the back, I believe.

The description of the Topping Atlas model says there are small square
green markings on the model to show where the pods go; but I can't spot
them, unless they mean the very small what's-it on the side instrument
fairing next to the LOX pipe:

That would be the right place to put one to observe the exhaust plume.
They attach magnetically to the model.
