Fabio's image reminded me that I have taken some images of M13 in May when I
couldn't think of another target to finish the night. I combined the new
images with a DSLR shot (single three minute picture) I took in 2004 to get
some colour.
I also imaged M13 at f/10 a few nights before, but the result was very
fuzzy.

Taken from the middle of Berlin with an 8" SCT at f/6.5, G11 mount, SXV-H9
camera, 70x1 minute for Lum, 1x3 minutes with an EOS300D for RGB.

The picture can also be found at

Very nice, Stefan. You don't post very many color images, so its nice to
see you do that every now and again.

Very fuzzy has been the result every time I've tried this globular. We
don't seem to be on speaking terms. Yours came out fine.

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".

I like your "excellent processing" of the central core area. Its not too
sharp and its not blowen out. I think you have master processing skills. I
wish you would show more color images.
