ASTRO: Reprocessing of NGC 6946

With the lousy weather and now full moon I'm reprocessing some I did
last year about this time. Back then I didn't have access to PhotoShop
nor know how to use it so I was stuck in CCDSoft, AIM4Windows and IRIS
(which I never did figure out). Redoing it in Photoshop brought out the
HII regions a lot better. Now I also see some odd nearly horizontal
dust bands that look a bit like those crossing M81. They don't follow
the spiral pattern yet are quite obvious south west (down and to the
right) of the core.

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".
