illum: 0.4%

Features: Moon only about 6 deg from Sun at sunrise or sunset.
Observations difficult.

Moon trav 12.745d @ 0.531 d/h

VESTA: 16 04 05 s 16 37
6.3 mag, trav 13"/h
Vesta is about 2 deg E of Theta Librae.
It turns around today and begins to progress eastward today in
it apparent motion.
