Default Another Gem form Pete Lawrence

Hi All,

It seems that Pete Lawrence also does some
solar imaging as well. Check:

And a fine sharp image it is too.

Thanks Ben.

These are all PST shots, an instrument that's great for overview shots
of the Sun. If you want to go in closer, you need deeper pockets!

Fascinating imagery. The prominences are so well defined as are
the bright areas (plages?) around the sunspot.

I see you have quite a battery of filters. Does stacking the H-alpha
filters with color filters yield any advantage?
