russias high failure rate recently points to a systemic issue and they
really should have a launch stand down before they lose any more
vehicles/

certinally it couldnt be poor design, or poor planning, or poor
quality control.......

like a design that if the booster fails the auxilliary tanks prohibit
radio communications, or not using frequencies that could be monitored
during booster ignition, ahh booster failure, or clogged fuel lines,
etc etc etc


Maybe the Orthodox Priest failed to sprinkle holy water on the
rocket? Holy water is a litre of water mixed with a cup of the OP's
