Yes, the Romans killed lots of Jews, even Rabbi's, but, in Jesus'
case, it was the Rabbi's who wanted Jesus done away with.

At least that's how I understand Good Friday through to Easter

Jesus was addressed as "Rabi", at least in the KJV of the Bible. It
was the Pharisees and High Priests who where so down on Jesus.

O.K., I'll accept what you typed .... but aren't Rabbi's Jewish
religious ministers, maybe the underlings of the High Priests??
