Default Effort to recover apollo 11s saturn 5 engines

In article a3cb25fd-c24d-4897-9a66-824dd2048e11
@a5g2000vbl.googlegroups.com, says...

I think its a good idea, and has begun.

wonder what shape they will be in after the high speed water impact
and 40 years under the ocean?

After 40 years in sea water? They're going to look like garbage.

it would be nice to have one engine in as recovered condition, and
another restored and display them side by side....

Restored? I doubt that will be possible. Preservation, after cleaning
them up a bit, would be the sensible option.
