Default ASTRO: Looking for a good RGB target for this weekend

I plan to go to the ranch this weekend and shoot images

I expect to use the PL39000C on the AP180EDT f/9

I get a FOV of 1.7 x 1.3 degrees

M33 will beautifully fill that FOV but it is out of season by about 6 months

what else is there that is big (besides the moon) that is in "position" this
time of year?

the winter nebulae are pretty much over

the summer nebulae are on their way but aren't quite in position in the
early evening

any big galaxies that I can shoot from 37degrees north?
