Practical Astronomer was published by Astrum Publishing who ceased
delivering magazines to their customers as of the April 2009 issue. Since
that date, not so much as a word has been heard from the owner(s) in respect
to outstanding subscriptions despite lengthy investigations by individuals
and even Trading Standards.
