Over the last few days the popular descriptions have been that a 'tilted' Earth causes the seasons based on an improper notion that if the Earth had a 0° inclination it would have no seasons. The proper description is that a 0° inclination represents an equatorial climate whereas a 90° inclination is a polar climate.

Planetary climate within context of all planets of the solar system is the degree of inclination within that spectrum and consequently the rate of change in conditions across latitudes over an orbit of the Sun. For this reason humanity cannot change climate but more importantly, climate research hasn't really begun in any systematic way, after all, without the dynamics behind the seasonal changes there can be no progress.

The desperate attempt to scale up the conditions found in a common greenhouse to planetary conditions and as a driver for social policy will eventually be seen as something that hasn't been seen since WWII, a complete and utter exploitation of the wider population which offers a false hope based on false hypotheses.

Yes, but Earth also wobbles, that's why we have ice ages and hot warm up periods, when oceans will rise. 15 thousand years from now, the pyramids of Egypt will be surrounded with green vegetation again.
