It's not hard to understand. Anyone surprised a research scientist

I'm surprised that none of the research scientists has seized the chance

industries, hasn't leaked the 'false' data that the ones that want to
work for the rest of their lives have hidden away.

Your neo-religious conspiracy theories completely undermine any PRIVATE argument against AGW. With so much dirty money sloshing about in the energy supply system and readily available for the corruption of scientists, then where is the queue?

You patently do not understand the multilayered, multi-disciplined, endlessly cross referenced nature of all science. You simply cannot tear one tiny corner of a broadly accepted theory and expect the whole cloth to unravel before your foolishly upturned eyes.

Where would you start with your vast corruption fund? The chemists? The physicists. Those who risk life and comfort working in the Antarctic? The marine biologists? The universities? Which continent would you start with in ylour search for a greedy PHD or professor? With the Chinese? Their scientists are spread around the globe and working in research teams far and wide. As are the French, The Dutch, the Brazilians and those form the USA.

Asking any honest scientist to step out of the shadows of AGW conspiracy with a blatant lie or false data is to pronounce a professional death sentence on their careers.

Everything in science is checked and triple checked to death. Variations from the norm or unexpected data fuels further research. It lights up wise eyes and the internet until confirmed or denied. The scientific world doesn't have the funds to cover up lies via lobbyists and secret board meetings and a bottomless pit of funds for psychopathic lawyers.

If A suggests new idea for XYZ then teams around the globe descend on XYZ to try to disprove that theory. They do so from several disciplines who just live this sort of thing. Understanding every angle is what they live for. IT's why they get up in the morning and why they struggle to sleep at the end of the day.

Professional glory comes not from lying but simply from being correct enough times to hold an unassailable score of rightness across the board.

Those who believe in an AGW conspiracy MUST add fairies, elves, religion and little green men to their lists of beliefs. Belief in anything unreal is called faith. Or religion. Or simply a belief. The onus of proof lies in a belief lies with a believer. Conspiracy theorists are as common as muck. They never did their homework because they are too damned lazy to let their brains do any real work. They prefer to do manual work where they never need to look up at the fantasy world they created for themselves.

Belief in something, no matter how silly, doesn't make it real. No matter how many oddballs you can gather together in a beer cellar and cry for the Moon. All desperate to stop your own, unique, personal sky from falling on your foil hats.
