I don't know whither he is a "godless people" or not, but, here in
Australia over the last three days, we have had "Stargazing Live"
featuring Prof Brian Cox, and he has stated that, whilst the "Observable
Universe" is only about 13.8 Billion light years across, the Universe is
actually about 90 Billion light years across.

I'm pretty sure he has a better idea how old the Universe is than you,
Mark, or I!!
