As I have pointed out several times,
in my view the spiral arms are formed by jets emitted from something in the centre that rotates.
Of course then there is no 'orbit' in the sense, and the outward motion and rotational
motion is set at the onset of those jets, and THERE IS NO ANOMALITY.
