The North polar latitude is the point where rotation reduces to zero but as there is another rotation in operation as a function of the orbital motion of the Earth, there is another coordinate system in operation that is currently obscured by celestial sphere enthusiasts. It means that North of the North pole and South of the South pole is a valid physical perspective as two dynamics and their traits are in operation.
