The 1,000th shuttle engine test at Stennis Space Center:
Thursday, August 17th 2006, marked the 1000th test for the shuttles
main engines at stennis space center which is a great example of the
many "not-so-little things" that make a safe space program for
flight crews through long term safety and reliability testing.
