Default How to mate a Olympus to a Canon???

The Canon DSLR body has a shorter focusing distance between the lens mount
and the chip than the old film body Olympus. The adapter/spacer takes up
the slack and focus is still at infinity...a perfect fit.

Last spring it was Saturn by the beehive, now Mars by M35. Planets love
open clusters! Color contrast makes a great shot!

How do you mate an Olympus lens to a Canon camera?

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".

When I tried adapters on my old film SLR they pushed infinity beyond
reach. Some truth to that but it's nice when an astro lens can achieve
it anyway. I'd have to take the lens apart and reset the infinity stop
which screwed it for for use on the original camera. They must make
them better now.

I gather that puts you in full manual mode which is no problem for astro
work of course.
