Default Dream Chaser, the SUV of spacecraft?

In article ,
says...

the earth is mostly oceans. so how is dream chaser going to land on the ocean?

capsules are unique they can land anywhere

I'm not certain what Dream Chaser would do if it could not make a runway
and was over water, but I'd think there are three options:

1. Bail out (i.e. parachutes, similar to the space shuttle bail-out
plans.
2. Stay with the craft and ditch.
3. Stay with the craft and deploy parachutes (which was the plan for
NASA's HL-20, the predacessor for Dream Chaser's design).

I'm sure SNC has a plan.
