BBC mentioned 20 second periods of 0G over a period of about 3 hours.
Not sure how long an interval between 0G periods.

I think that this was meant more as a doctor training issue than a
surgery issue. For instance, what is needed to give the doctor a
secure/stable grip so pressing his scalpel against the other body won't
push the doctor away.
