BTW, how does the space community handle time in its announcements?
One story I read says Cassini's engine burn began at 2:36 UT on
1 July. Another story gives the same time, but says that was when a
signal arrived indicating the burn had started. Which is right? One-
way light time from Saturn was 1 h 23 m 36 s.
