Default How to get scope time to obtain 7 spectra?

SDSS data that you link to identifies these as stars. The photometry
given for each object in the field should permit approximate
classification. They are fairly faint so you would need a reasonably
large telescope (2.5m class) to get good spectra, and time on these is
hard to get. Good news is that it is near the celestial equator hence
accessible from many sites.


Anyway, is it possible to get scope time for spectroscopy of 7 objects
