How to get scope time to obtain 7 spectra?

Is there any path anyone knows for me to get some scope time to take
some spectra and determine what 7 targets around an interacting galaxy
pair are? They are blue, so, probably O B stars???
SDSS data that you link to identifies these as stars. The photometry
given for each object in the field should permit approximate
classification. They are fairly faint so you would need a reasonably
large telescope (2.5m class) to get good spectra, and time on these is
hard to get. Good news is that it is near the celestial equator hence
accessible from many sites.
Anyway, is it possible to get scope time for spectroscopy of 7 objects
