All planets have a specific climate and it has nothing to do with heat/cold nor distance from the Sun.

A planet with 0° inclination or that close to Jupiter's 3° inclination has an exclusively Equatorial climate where hemispherical differences are minimal across an orbital period.

A planet with a 90° inclination and close to what Uranus 82° has as an inclination reflects a polar climate hence large swings in hemispherical conditions occur as the planet orbits the Sun.

The spectrum for climate is between Equatorial and Polar with the Earth's climate largely Equatorial. An increase in inclination would result in wider swings in daylight/darkness asymmetries across an annual circuit where the Arctic and Antarctic circle would expand to lower latitudes reflecting the maximum surface area shielded or exposed to solar radiation from Solstice to Solstice.

Copernicus originally portrayed to motion of the North and South poles accurately but sacrificed this view to satisfy the cause of the Precession of the Equinoxes -

"The third is the motion in declination. For, the axis of the daily rotation is not parallel to the Grand Orb's axis, but is inclined [to it at an angle that intercepts] a portion of a circumference, in our time about 23 1/2°. Therefore, while the earth's center always remains in the plane of the ecliptic, that is, in the circumference of a circle of the Grand Orb, the earth's poles rotate, both of them describing small circles about centers [lying on a line that moves] parallel to the Grand Orb's axis. The period of this motion also is a year, but not quite, being nearly equal to the Grand Orb's [revolution]." Copernicus, Commentariolus, Circa 1514

With 21st century imaging it is possible to present the motions of the North and South poles in small circles parallel to the orbital plane as windows into the orbital surface rotation whereas it was just beyond reach for Copernicus.

Trying to squeeze planetary climate into gas/petrol pumps is merely a symptom of a runaway empirical cult which has been doing this for centuries at the expense of astronomy and terrestrial sciences.

Climate research is being destroyed for an academic indulgence which is contrary to the astronomical foundations for climate incorporating all planets..
