Default ASTRO: Comet McNaught

Hi all, after yesterdays failed attempt to find the comet due to patchy
low cloud, I had little hope for today. However it turned out to be very
clear at sunset so I tried again Did not expect to see such a bright
object in a clear blue sky. Outshone Venus by quite a margin, maybe
because of its large size it stood out more.
Unable to obtain any long exposures as by the time the sky darkened,
cloud had appeared and the comet was below the observable horizon.
This was taken with an 85mm Nikkor, 1 second at f2.8 iso 200 at 1610 ut.
Try as i might I cannot get any tail to show in my images.
