Default Liftoff! Falcon at T-9

Jeff Findley scribbled something on Friday the 5/25/2012:

Anyway, they're now holding at 30 meters below ISS. The purpose of the
hold is to time rendezvous so that SSRMS capture can be made during a
daylight pass. Cool stuff.

Sounds like SpaceX is double checking the LIDAR settings for the
approach to the 10 meter hold position, which is where SSRMS would
capture Dragon.

Dragon Capture! 9:56 a.m. EST.

Lots of clapping and congratulations in mission control, Houston.

And in Hawthorne?

Since then:
"Final berthing occurred at 12:02 p.m. EDT (1602 GMT) as the space
station flew over the Pacific Northwest region of the United States."

and

"SATURDAY, MAY 26, 2012
0953 GMT (5:53 a.m. EDT)
Astronaut Don Pettit has opened the Dragon hatch and entered the
spacecraft."
