Default Amateur astronomy in Romania

Greeting from Split, Croatia

My name is Ante Perkovic and I'm working on a review of amateur
astronomy in the area of SE Europe, as part of a bussiness plan for
astrophysics study in Split
(http://fizika.pmfst.hr/astro/english/index.html). I'm interested in
situation in Romania.

I need info on amateur astronomy in Your local societry and to help me
to contact other amateur astronomy societies in the Your area.

These are the notes to help You write something obut activities of your
society:

1) What are Your (or your society's) primary activities (private star
parties / working with school children / public star parties / public
presentations / fight against light pollution / meteors / scientific
work / web / amateur telescope making (ATM) / astrophotography ...)

2) Do You have some form of cooperation (local and regional) with other
astronomy societies

3) Do you organize or visit star parties. Can you name some of them?

4) Do You have contacts with with professional astronomers

5) What are the trends in last few Years (more ATM, more web pages,
astrophotography...)?

I would be very grateful if You could answer me (here or by email) in
the next few days.

Regards and thanks in advance!
